Capetown, Sept. 29. Semi-official, —Operations in the Cameroons have been successful as in Togoland. The Anglo-French troops have already captured the greater part of the territory ceded in xqi.r. There has been considerable fighting in Belgium. The Germans have occupied Malines ; but they have bombarded the forts without result. They are stated to be preparing defences in Belgian territory.
