HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday as follows The hemp market is dull and supplies large. Prices are nominal good fair, £24 ; fair, £22 xos; Manila, £26 ros. The output of Manila for the week was 15,000 bales. There are large supplies of sisal and prices are falling heavily. The present value is .£2l c.i.f. London.
