FRENCH FLEET AT ALGIERS. CAPTURE TWO GERMAN CRUISERS AND SINK ANOTHER. (Received at 3 o’clock this afternoon). The B’rench fleet at Algiers captured the German cruisers Goben and Reslan and sank the Panther. GERMANS REPULSED BY BELGIANS. A London cable reports that at three this morning the Belgians repulsed the Germans at Liege. GERMANS ENTER SWITZERLAND. CROSS THE FRENCH FRONTIER. The Germans have entered Switzerland, thus violating the treaty, and have crossed the frontier into France. [The local public will be informed pf all extraordinary official news through this office with the least possible delay.]
