RACING.
NOMINATION OF STEWARDS. The following have been nominated for the position of stewards of the Foxton Racing Club : Messrs R. Bryant, G. Coley, L. Freeman, F. S. Easton, C. Hunt, J. Burr, J. R. Hynes, H. G. Hammond and Dr Mandl. Seven are required and the election will take place at the annual meeting of the club to be held next month.
