MOUTOA DRAINAGE BOARD, NOTICE is hereby given that this Board intends, at a meeting to be held on THURSDAY, 23rd. July instant, to make and levy under the provisions of the “Land Drainage Act, 1908,” “The Rating Act, 1908,” “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908, and any Amendments thereto, a General Rate of eleven-sixteenths of a penny in the £ upon the Rateable (Capital) Value of all properties appearing in the Valuation Roll of the Moutoa Drainage District, and to authorise the collection of seven-sixteenths of a penny in the £, being part ol Special Rate levied on the Rateable (Capital) Value of all properties in the Special Rating Area of the said Moutoa Drainage District. Such Rates to be for the period commencing Ist April, 1914. and ending 31st March, 1915, and to be due and payable in one sum at the Office of the Board on the 28th day of July 1914.
