WEDDING.
WALKER—COOPER.
A quiet wedding was celebrated in the Methodist Church yesterday, when Edwin Walter, fourth son of Mr and Mrs M. H. Walker of Foxton, was married to Miss Ellen Cooper, eldest daughter of Mrs Rhuback of Foxton. The bride was given away by Mr Rhuback, and was dressed in a navy blue costume and black hat with blue feathers. She was attended by her sister, Miss Emma Cooper, as bridesmaid and Mr J. G. Honore officiated as best man. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. W. G. Maslin. The Happy couple left by the afternoon train on their honeymoon trip, which will be spent at Napier and Wanganui.
