AMERICAN WOMAN’S COMPLAINTS. A New York woman, who is bringing an action for divorce ayainst her husband, gives about a score of reasons. Included are the following : Irascible disposition. Mania for smashing clocks. - ck -°r with a glass, 'imcaieiied t-a tuiow her out of ? second-ote'ey window. t" 1 ed her. Kissed another woman. Threw a box of cigars at her. Kept everybody in the house awake at night. Tried to make her take off her shoes.
Said she was lazy. Tried to throw her into the Hudson.
Called her an idiot, an imp, and a pest. Struck her grandson with a folded newspaper. Smashed a glass of whisky on the dining-table. ’ Struck her iu the face with a switch. Threw chairs at her. Kicked in the door. Wrenched her shoulder. Poked his finger in her eye. Drank whisky and beer mixed.
