FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. WATER AND DRAINAGE LOAN AREAS. A POLL of Ratepayers will be taken on TUESDAY next, 19th inst, to decide whether the proposed RESTRICTED AREA or the WHOLE of the borough shall be pledged as security for the Special Loans for the Water and Drainage Schemes.
