An advertiser wants a furnished house.
The auction sale to be conducted by Messrs Mounsey and Co. in Nve’s yard will be held on Monday next, not Friday as previously advertised. Further entries are solicited. C. M. Ross and Co. advertise today the latest and smartest in men’s footwear. This is the Bostock “Lyric” Cookham boot, for which this firm are sole Palmerston N. agents. G. H. Stiles announces that a Showroom Sale commences at The Busy Store on Thursday next, when special showroom bargains will be offered. A few typical examples of the snips to be picked up are advertised in their space to-day.
To-morrow afternoon, commencing at 1 o’clock, Messrs Mounsey and Co. are holding an auction sale of household furniture and effects on account of Miss Symons, at her residence, Robinson Street. The furniture is equal to new, and there should be keen competition.
