The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market Is quiet but steady. New Zealand good fair, rosjfair, 10s. AprilJune shipments, good fair £25 15s ; fair, £23. Manila, fair current, £27 ; April-June shipments, bales.
