JURY DISAGREE IN YOUNG’S CASE.
Wellington, Feb. 19
After four hours’ retiremeut the jury disagreed in the case of W. T. Young, charged with sedition, at the Supreme Court, and a new trial was ordered for May session. Young is to be released on ,£IOO bail at the completion of his sentence of three months' imprisonment, which he is now serving.
