Durward and Co., of Palmerston North, advertises new autumn millinery at very low prices on page 2 of this issue. In another column of this issue Mr J. M. Barr notifies that his end-of-season sale is still raging. Those in need of bargains should not fail to visit this establishment before the close of this record sale. In to-day’s issue Mrs Croucher notifies that she has removed to premises near the Standard Office Ladies are specially requested to in spect her stock. Her address in future will be nr. Standard Office, The Square, Palmerston North. The Cash Trading Co, notify in a change advt. in this issue, that they have just landed a tea which is wonderful value at is per lb., also reminding customers that they give discount stamps, and that their stock is new and clean and of the best quality.
