MUNICIPAL PICTURES. The programme for Saturday is a most alluring one, being one of the finest yet submitted to the s local audience. The star him is ’ one featuring the accomplished and popular actress, Miss Asta e Nielsen, in the stupendous and powerful drama “The Temptation of Drink.” This is a film 0(3,000 e ft. depicting one of the strongest y human plays ever screened. It is full of realism and true dramatic 1 power, being most stirring, intense and convincing and pointing to a e great moral. The other drama is b a fine Edison drama entitled, “The Apple of Sodom,” being a strong • story stirringly told by admirable b acting. The comedy drama, “A r Business Woman” is replete with ■t pathos and comedy contrasted. 0 The scenic, “Moscow,” is a '■ beautiful pictorial depiction of this 'f famous Russian city. “The Eclair lf Journal,” as usual, is full of recent a and interesting events. The trick e film, “Little Wooden Soldiers,” is s an amazingly clever creation. The ‘ comics are two iu number being, “Versatility of Genius,” and 0 “Pedro’s Dilemma.” The former '■ is one of Pache’s huge comedy hits featuring the great favourite e “Prine” at his best, while the latter is a Keystone comedy which v is bound to create roars of laughter being in connection with the matrimonial market.
