A reward is offered to the finder of six £1 notes lost on Saturday. The Town Clerk notifies that all rates unpaid after the 31st inst., will be sued for without further notice. The annual general meeting of members of the Manawatu Rowing Club will be held in the Coronation Hall supper room on Friday, October 17th, at 8 p.m. Mounsey and Co. will hold a monster auction sale in the new Royal Picture Hall, Foxton, on Monday next at x p.m., of new household furniture, general drapery, dress material, men’s and boys’ clothing, etc. This sale will be without reserve and every line will be cleared out on Monday next.
