SATURDAY’S FIXTURES
SENIORS.
Foxton v. Shannon, at Foxton. Tainui v. Levin-Wanderers, at Otaki. Hui Mai v. Koputaroa, at Levin. Kimberley a bye.
The match, Foxton juniors against a team comprised of members of the local Druids Lodge, will be played on the racecourse on Saturday afternoon. This game is creating a great amount of interest and is sure to be viewed by a large number of spectators. Some ot the players on the Druids side will make their first appearance on the field after an absence of very many ;xc-s. Tbe game will commence at three o’clock.
The team to represent the local Druids against the juniors, will be selected from the following Edwards, Martin, McKeguey, Whibley, Mansell, Smith, Woods, Millar, Fuller, Wallis, Prosser, Burr, Currie, Dawson, Anderson, Walsh, Barber, Turner, McCarthy, Desmond, Watt and W. Brown.
