RHEUMATISM—A SIMPLE CURE. Here is a hint for all sufferers with muscular and inflammatory rheumatism, kidney and bladder complaint. This is no mysterious remedy, but is a simple prescription first prepared years ago by a wellknown doctor, and has since been the means of curing thousands of cases all over the world. This is the recipe (any chemist will make it up) :—One ounce of tincture of gentian, one ounce of syrup of rhubarb, one ounce liquid barkola compound, and five ounces of syrup of ginger. These should be well shaken together, and a teaspoonful taken after each meal and at bedtime. Those afflicted with the diseases mentioned will not fail to obtain relief from this simple prescription, particularly if they aid it in its operations by drinking plenty of pure water.
