At the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr Justice Chapman, Henry Urbin Coles was sentenced to ten years for incest; Joe Rawiri to eighteen months’ reformatory treatment on a charge of breaking and entering and theft, and a similar period on a charge of horse stealing, the terms to be concurrent; John Graham Oxley to two years’ reformatory treatment for breaking, entering and theft; Peter John Onslow 12 months reformative treatment on each of two charges of theft and entering a dwelling the sentence to be concurrent. Robert Herbert Scott, three years’ reformative treatment for theft. Gisborne, July 28. Harold James Miller, on two charges of false pretences at Gisborne and Wellington, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment.
