NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” “The Libraries and Mechanics’ Institute Act,” and “The Rating Act, 1908,” and all other amendments thereto, the Foxton Borough Council hereby notifies its intention to make and levy a General Rate of three-pence in the £ and a Library rate of one-eighth of a penny in the £ on the Unim • proved Value as shown in the Valuation Roll of all the rateable properties in the Borough of boxton, also a Sanitation charge of seven teen shillings per pan on all house property within the night-soil area of the said Borough of Foxton, on TUESDAY, the Twenty-second day of July, 1913, at a Special Meeting of the said Foxton Borough Council to be held in the Council Chambers, situate in the Main Street, Foxton, such rates to be for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1913, and terminating on the 31st day of March, 1914, and the said Rates and Sanitation Charge shall be due and payable in one sum at the Town Clerk’s Office, Main Street, Foxton, on the nth day of August, 1913.
