HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : There is considerable fluctuation in the hemp market this week. New Zealand market advanced, closed firmer ; good fair, 10s more ; Manila market steady with improved demand, ; forward shipment, :os. Output, 15,000 bales.
