STOCK REPORT.
The New, Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., Palmerston North, report; —At Himatangi on Monday we had a good entry of both sheep and cattle, and have to report a good clearance at satisfactory prices. We quote :—Sheep; Cull ewes 6s yd, forward ewes ns to 12s yd. Cattle: Aged cows 28s to 29s 6d, store cows £2 ys 6d to £2 14s, forward cows £3 is to £4 10s, heifers in calf £5 11s to £5 123 6d, Jersey heifers £6 2s 6d, springing cows £4 2s 6d to £8 ros; 2 -year steers £4. 165.
