THE HEMP MARKET.
HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market has been depressed but as close, there was a better demand during the week, good fair selling at 10s, fair ,£25, value to-day 5 to 10 shillings lower any position, Manila los all positions. Output for the week 12,000 bales.
