ALLEGED BIGAMY.
CASE STATED FOR APPEAR.
Auckland, May 16.
In the Criminal Court, in the charge of bigamy against Henry Ford, Mr Justice Cooper decided that there was no case to go belore a jury, but agreed 7 to state a special case before the Court of Appeal. Tamati Moraka was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment for forgery and false pretence.
