NOTICE is hereby given that •this Board intends, at a meeting to be held on Thursday, 22nd May, to make and levy, under the provisions of “The Land Drainage Act, 1908” and any amendments thereto, a General Rate of nine* sixteenths of a penny in the £ upon the Rateable (Capital) value of all rateable properties appearing in the Valuation Roll of the Moutoa Drainage District, and to authorise the collection of the Special Rate of one half-penny in the £ upon the Rateable (Capital) value of all properties in the Moutoa Drainage District Special rating area. Such rates to be for the period commencing Ist April, 1913, and ending 31st March, 1914, and to be due and payable in one sum at the office of the Board on the 10th day of June, 1913.
