How lovely to glide o’er the Council’s fast floor, Where the skates are the best and
the music adored
The Instructors will teach you the tricks of the wheels,
And then on your friends a march you can steal; At waltzing and two-step, no doubt they’re the best,
So roll up, ye skaters! put yourselves
to the test! You can be equally as good if not better than they;
If to the Council’s floor constant visits you pay. ,
