According to advertisement in this issue, Edmund Osborne, P.C.D., intends to “make it warm for somebody.” No doubt our readers will appreciate his decision in giving the public the benefit of a “wholesale blunder.” These cold nights should remind people of his offer, if they can spare the cash.
