HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows: — Hemp market very quiet; nothing doing ; there is disposition to sell distant hemp; market is speculative ; spot, good fair, ; fair, K3O ; manila, 1,33 5 forward about the same; output Manila, 16,000.
