HARBOUR BOARD ELECTION.

So fat little interest is being manifested in the election of two members to the Foxton. Harbour Board, .which takes place on the same day as the. municipal elections. The, sitting members are Messrs Hennessy and Gibbs. The latter gentleman informs us that he does not intend to seek reelection. It goes without saying that Mr Hennessy will offer himself for re-election. This election is of very great importance to the town and district, and we hope a capable man will be elected to fill the other position.
