THE WEATHER.
The Rev. D. C. Bates wires to-day as follows: — Westerly strong to gale and veering by west to south after about id hours. Heavy rain is to be expected with rivers flooded. The weather will probably become very cold. Barometer falling but rising after about 10 hours. Sea heavy. Tides good.
