HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon to-day as follows:
The hemp market is irregular and without business. Demand principally speculative. Spot good fair. A 34 5 fair, £31 5 Manila, Forward shipments: Good fair, xos ; fair, 10s ; Manila, xos. The output of Manila for the week was 20,000 bales.
