BOROUGH FINANCES.

The Borough Treasurer reported at last night’s Council meeting as follows :—“ Since the last monthly meeting the sum of ,£355 7s 3d has been paid into the District Fund account, and the balances stood that day: District Fund account 33 rod, cemetery account 9s 7d, and Beach Road Loan account £76 5s 4d, all at credit. Of the various separate accounts those in credit are: Reserves £n 12s Bd, cemetery £4 5s gd, sanitation £72 3s, gas works 15s ss, town hall beach road loan £43 6s nd, and interest £267 6s yd, while the only one at debit is the library account £24 16s.
