HIGH COMM > 3SIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market is quiet, but holders are firm, market speculative. Good fair, £34 ; fair, £3l ; forward good fair, £34 10s ; fair, £3l 10s, prices are nominal; Manila, £34; forward, £35 ; output Manila for the week, 18,000 bales.
