The usual mid-weekly picture entertainment will be held to-night (Tuesday) instead of Wednesday, owing to the hall being otherwise engaged. A real good programme will be submitted, and patrons may be assured of an instructive and enjoyable evening. The dramas are : “A Woman of Arizona,” a ragged stranger knocks at the door of a prospector’s rough shack, and begs for a bite to eat, but after being given food and money, he plans to bite the hand that fed him, and but for the bravery of a woman, would have carried out his purpose; ‘‘The Village Vixen,” the ungovernable temper Of Eva Storm has caused her to be known as the village viken, but her charming daughter, Maud, is the antithesis of her mother, and promises to marry Willis, a wealthy farmer, the fury of the mother, and her return to reason, making a most interesting film ; “More Precious than Gold,” a film showing the conflict between gold and honour; “Out: witted by Horse and Lariat;” A recent Pathe Gazette will also be shown. In a travel film we will be shown a charming voyage through the beauty spots of Turkey. “The Cossacks of Ural Country,” shows the many manoeuvres ot a company of Cossacks. The comics—a real good assortment contain “Helping John,” a story of the Stock Exchange, “Won by a Snap-shot,” “Fatty has Good Lungs”—entering the house after a brisk walk, Mr Fatty draws a breath, and draws all the pictures off the wall —and “When Father Fetched the Doctor.”
