Nominations, Weights, and Acceptances. Nominations Jor all events (except Tiial Stakes first day, and Maiden Scurry second day) close with the Secretary, at Fox ton, on Friday, January 3rd, 1913, at 9 p.m. Weights will be declared cm or about January 7th. Acceptances for First Day, and entries for Trial Stakes (First Day), and Maiden Scurry (Second Day), close on Monday, January 13th, 1913, at 9 p.m. Weights for Second Day’s races will be declared on Tuesday, January 21st, at about 8 p.m. Acceptances close same evening, at 9 o’clock. Entries by telegraph must be confirmed at earliest opportunity, and name of trainer and breeding given, also colours of rider. No horse will be allowed to statt whose fees are unpaid. The Stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations and acceptances as they deem fit. Penalties.
