Nominations, Weights, and Acceptances. Nominations tor all events (except Trial Stakes lust day, and Maiden Scurry second day) close with the Secretary, at Foxton, on Friday, January 3rd. 1913, at 9 p.m. Weights will be declared on or about January 7UI. Acceptances for First Dav, and entries for Trial Stakes (First' Day), and Maiden Scurry (Second Day), close on Monday, January 13th, 1913. at 9 p.m. Weights for Second Day’s races will be declared on Tuesday, January 2lst, at about 8 p.m. Acceptances close same evening at 9 o’clock, *” Entries by telegraph must be confirmed at earliest opportunity, and name of trainer and breeding given, also colours of rider. No horse will be allowed to start whose fees are unpaid. The Stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations and acceptances as they deem fit. Penalties.
