PICTURE SHOW
The pictures for to-morrow night are right up to the mark, as usual. “The Frenzy of FireWater” is an iudiau story showing to what lengths the Indians will go under the influence of this curse, aud also showing why the United States Government prohibits the sale of liquor to the Indians. Other dramas are : “The Pugilist aud the Girl,” by the Kalem Compauy ; “The Corners,” a Ciues drama ; aud a New Agency drama entitled, “Raffles, Gentleman Thief.” “Studies in Fur aud Feather,” is. a very interesting film of animals aud birds of many different kinds, The photographic quality of the film is worthy of special mention, every degree of light and shade on the plumage of the birds and the coats of the animals being clearly shown. A touch of real humour is added in the encounter of a raven aud a stuffed waterfowl. A clever comic, “Elusive Unpin,.” Dupin buys a motor car and soon falls into trouble for exceeding the speed limit, he defies aud is chased by the police, caught aud thrown, tied up iu a sack aud hurled ? nto the river. He escapes aud returns to mock at them. Another very funny film is, “Au Eclipse of the Sun.” The instrument maker finds trade exceedingly dull, aud he decides to send notes to the newspapers telling of au approaching eclipse of the sun. Next day his shop is full aud his stock ot telescopes sold clean out, theu the fun begins. The whole town is gazing up into the sky and a couple of pickpockets have a real good time.
