Nominations, Weights, and Acceptances. _ Nominations lor all events (except Trial Stakes first day, and Maiden Scurry second day) close with the Secretary, at Fox ton, on Friday, January 3rd. 1913, at 9 p.m. Weights will be declared on or about January 7th. Acceptances for First Day,- and entries for Trial Stakes (First Day), and Maiden Scurry (Second Day), close on Monday, January 13th, 1913, at 9 p.m. Weights for Second Day’s races will be declared on Tuesda’y, January 2lst, at about 8 p.m. Acceptances close same evening, at 9 o’clock. Entries by telegraph must be con- j firmed at earliest opportunity, and 1 name of trainer and breeding given, also colours of rider. No horse will be allowed to start whose fees are unpaid. The Stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations cpid acceptances as they deem fit. Penalties.
