Weights for Second Da\- ’s races will be declared on Tuesday, January 2ist, at about 8 p.m. Acceptances close same evening, at 9 o’clock. Entries by telegraph must be confirmed at earliest opportunity, and name of trainer and breeding given, also colours of rider. No horse will be allowed to start whose fees are unpaid. The Stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations and acceptances as they deem Penalties.
