PICTURE SHOW

We can safely predict that the picture show to-morrow night is going to be first-class, every single item is a winner, “The Sands of Dee,’’ a beautiful and pathetic drama suggested by the verse of the famous English poet, Charles Kingsley, “The Creeping tide came up along the sand, hut never home came she.’’ “Lena and the Geese,’’ a story oi old Holland. A very exciting drama is, “The Girl at the Key,’’ and the “Romance ot the Icefields’’ is another top liner by the Edison Coy. “One Thousand Miles Through the Rockies,’’ is truly one of the finest films yet made. A thousand beautiful spots, a thousand marvels of nature, a thousand miles of grandeur will be the verdict of each spectator as he views this wonderful trip through the Colorado Rockies, A comedy drama, “An Indian Summer," is a most amusing film showing how a hair tonic advertisement nearly upset a romance. “ Bridget’s Explanation,’’ is another good laughter raiser. Bridget, a servant girl, drops and breaks a priceless bowl, and when her master in a fury asked her how she broke the bowl, she illustrates by dropping the other. “Zigoto Drives a Locomotive," this is a screamingly funny story of a railway strike. Perhaps the funniest thing ever seen will be, “What an Ass." An erratic old gentleman makes the lives of his servants so unbearable that finally nobody will wheel him out in his bath chair, and he is obliged to emp’oy a very intelligent donkey, he also finds it impossible to tolerate the old man’s temper, and proceeds to show him that he is not the only one who can make himseli unbearable.
