AUCTION SALES.
On Wednesday Messrs Mouusey and Co. will sell a large quantity of new furniture on behalf of Mr A. Jousou. To anyone furnishing or replenishing, this sale should prove an excellent opportunity for securing the latest designs in furniture at their own prices, as Mr Jonson is realising on the whole of it in order to make room in his shop. The sale takes place on the premises, Avenue Road, at r. 30 p.m., ou Wednesday, 27th November, and should attract a large attendance.
Ou Monday, 2nd December, Messrs Mounsey and Co., will sell by public auction one of the nicest little homes in Foxton. The sale is by order of tbe mortgagee in the Supreme Court and will take place ou the property, which is situated in Raveusvvorth Place. This has a frontage of about 49 feet by a depth ot 99ft., and tbe house is very well built and contains 7 rooms, including bath and pantry, hall 6ft, wide, and all comforts and conveniences, including hot and cold water, and was only built a few years ago. To an investor or a speculator this will readily prove an excellent investment, or to a business man requiring his own home. As the position and close proximity to the town make it a most desirable investment and should command a good attendance and some very spirited bidding on Monday, 2nd December.

Brewer, several freehold properties, including his fine residence in Johnston Street, a dairy farm of 36 acres, close to Foxton, a five-roomed house in Frances Street, a six-roomed house in Cook Street and several building sections.
