The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows: The hemp market is quieter. Buyers cautious on account of high pi ices. Spot good fair, £34 ; fair, £32 10s ; Manila £35, Forward shipments: Good fair, The output of Manila for the week was 20,000 bales.
