ENTERTAINMENTS.

PICTURE SHOW

Another star picture for tomorrow night: a photo, display of the great “Indian Massacre.” This is a Bison War drama, 2190 feet in length. It is clear, and as may be imagined, intensely interesting and thrilling all through. Another fairly long film in this programme, and something quite new, is the beginning of a Dick Turpin series of romance. This film is 1132 feet long, and very interesting. You cannot fail to be interested in the picture, “Life in an Anthill” ; the first view shown is a section ot an anthill greatly enlarged, which shows the activity that reigns in the numerous little galleries and corridors their solicitude lor the eggs, the future race, extends also to the dead, which are all taken to the cemetery. “Getting the Money” is a real good comedy; Tom is badly in need of money, and applies to his aunt, with the excuse that he wants to learn music ; some time later the aunt comes to the city to see how the music is progressing, and this places Tom right up against it, so he gets a hurdy-gurdy outside the room with instructions to play tor dear life every time Tom sneezes ; all went well, until aunt Sally suddenly sneezed —what happened is too funny, because when aunt Sally sneezed Tom was not even pretending to play. Two other comedies are, “Pasadena Peach” and “Gingerbread Cupid.” There is also a beautiiul scenic, “Shades of Winter,” showing us winter’." snowy mantle in all its loveliness.
