FOURTEEN BOUND OVER.
Waxhi, Sept. 13
Mr Fraser, S.M., in the strike cases dismissed the charges against four defendants, and bound fourteen to keep the peace and refrain from following up. Those dismissed were Piacun, Gaynor, Harman and Eennon. Those convicted were Zenovich, Campbell, Dye, Dwyer, Lfindwail, H. Parry (president), Sykes, Power, Sorrensen, Greig, Collins, Almond and Williams.
Each were ordered to find personal surety of ,£io and another surety of ;£xo.
