STOCK REPORT. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., and Reduced, report: “At our monthly sale at Rongotea last week we had a good yarding of sheep and cattle. There was a good attendance of buyers and every pen was sold, prices being in vendors favour in most cases. Quotations : Sheephoggets (small) 9s id, hoggets (good) 15s id, forward ewes 12s. Cattle —yearlings (small) £2 9s, yearling heifers £3 xos 6d to £3 16s, 15 to 18-mths heifers £3 14s 6d to £3 18s, store cows £2 18s to £3 7s 6d, forward cosvs £<\ to £4 7s, fat cows ns, cows in calf £3 2s 6d to £\ 7s 6d, springing cows heifers 17s 6d to £7, 2} year steers £5, bulls £2 to £3. Pigs— Slips 13s 6d, aged sows 10s to 255.
