THE DAIRYING OUTLOOK
From the outlook at the present time it would seem as if the dairy farmers are likely to have a good time during the coming season as good prices are already offering for the output (says the Auckland Star). Stocks of really good factory butter in the freezer at the present time are not sufficiently large to permit of much being carried over. Prices are likely to reach high during the coming season, as i2}4d is now being offered for the August September output of some factories, and is has in cases, been refused fur the whole of next season’s output. One factory has already agreed to sell a part of its output for the coming season at is per lb, and is otfd has been offered for butter from October to March next lor shipment to Vancouver.
