HEMP MARKET.
The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noon yesterday : New Zealand hemp market is quiet at advance. Spot good fair, ros ; fair, 15s ; forward, about same ; Manila large business doing, prices strong in market; Manila, ; forward, output Manila, 31,000 bales.
STOCK REPORT. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, and Reduced report. At Rangiolu on Monday a fair entry of sheep and cattle came forward and most lines were quitted at full market rates. Quotations. Sheep; Store ewes ros, forward ewes 13s. Cattle, weauers 345, store cows £2 3s to ,£3, yearling heifers £2 14s, r 8 months heifers £3 ros, springing cows £6 to I5 S > others £4 103 t 0 £ 6 > backwaf d cows £3 ros.
