CARD TOURNAMENT.

The first of a series of cribbage tournaments between teams from the local Druids’ Dodge and the Railway Employees was played in Mr Perreau’s rooms last night. A very enjoyable evening was spent, resulting in a win for 'the railwaymen by 20 games to 15. At the conclusion ot the tournament refreshments were partaken of, after which a number of vocal items were contributed by those, present. The next tournament is to lake place on the 24th instant.
