BOROUGH TREASURER’S REPORT.

The following is the report on the position of the borough finances submitted by the Borough Treasurer at Monday night’s Council meeting :

There has been paid into the district fund account the sum of cemetery account 10s, since the last monthly meeting of the Council. The Bank balances this day were: District fund account is 3d, cemetery account £lO 4s 7d, and Beach road loan account ,£529 16s od, all in credit. The separate accounts overdrawn are General account 2s 6d, library account £S 19s, sanitation account .£92 is yd, Town Hall account £l9l 5s 3 d - Those in credit are : Reserves account /30 6s 3d, cemetery account £S 17s id, gas works account ,£23 19s lod, interest account ,£641 12s sd, Beach road loan-,£496 12s yd.
