ACCIDENT AT THE CAMP.

Au accident happened at the camp this morning, fortunately not of a serious nature. It appears that trooper Law (Shannon,), of the B. Sqadrou, was schooling his horse over a hen-coop hurdle, in preparation for to-morrow's sports. The horse struck tne obstacle and the trooper was thrown off. The horse rolled on the fallen rider and in rising trod on Law’s face. The ambulance corps, under StaffSergeant Sandham was quickly in attendance and the injured man was removed to the hospital, where ne was attended by Dr. Mandl who, fortunately, was relieving tne staff medical officer. Beyond certain injuries to the jaw and a severe shaking up, nothing more serious is reported. Those who witnessed the accieent say that Taw’s escape from a more serious smash-up was miraculous.
