Shannon v. Foxton, at Foxton. Levin-Wanderers v. Hui Mai, at Levin. Tainui a bye.

Mr O. H. Cleland will referee the Foxton-Shannon match, and Mr Kiugi Tahivvi will control the Hui Mai-Levin-Wanderers fixture.

Mr Rore Pitihira was on Saturday elected captain of the Foxton team lor this season.

The team to represent Foxton against Shannon on Saturday will be selected from the following W. Cook, Taumarauui, Shamrock, Woods, Rore, Hinchliffe, W. Robinson, Rimmer (2), Drummond, Martin, Haeana, leni, Cantwell, Bowe, Reid, Carter, R. Robinson, F. Hooker and Gascoigne. The game will commence punctually at 3 o’clock aud all the above players are requested to be on the ground not later than 2.30 p.m.
