EXPECTED TO-DAY. The Prime Minister (Sir Joseph Ward) anticipated that he will he able to band his resignation to the Governor to-day. Then the Hon. T. Mackenzie will be sent for, and be sworn in with his uew Cabinet. Sir Joseph Ward declines at present to discuss future plans, but he. will make a statement to the press in the evening, if the new Ministry takes office to-day.
